Ok folks, as requested by Roblix, here's a tutorial about reskinning.
So, first of all, you'll need to download those programs :

-Photofiltre
-VTFEdit

Once you downloaded those, follow the following insructions :

I use GIMP to reskin my models. Didn't know there was an easier way to do it with that program. I may try to test it.
